He has delivered successful SAP data migration and data governance projects for globally recognized organizations within Fashion Management, Retail, Apparel and Footwear, Aerospace and Defense, Professional Services, Banking, and Reinsurance. Siva is a Program Manager and Solution Architect with over 20 years of SAP experience and has a strong business focus alongside vast technical knowledge across many SAP modules and tool suites. As part of core leadership team, Siva has successfully implemented several large-scale data conversion projects using industry standard conversion process, repeatable transformation process and efficient tools, thereby reducing significant implementation cost. 

Siva has led various Data Migration/Data Governance/Data Quality projects that involved tool suites such as SAP Business Objects Data Services, SAP Business Objects Information Steward, Informatica, SAP MDM, and SAP MDG. Siva’s ability to be business focused with both technical and functional knowledge has made him a necessary asset for any successful data project implementation.

With over 20 years of systems analysis, development, consulting experience on some of the largest, most complex SAP implementations, he is an expert in the industry focused on delivering the highest level of success for both our clients and consultants.

John has been a pioneer in deploying technical solutions to make large scope ERP conversions successful through delivering technical platforms and applications necessary to drive the success of data conversion activities. He has a deep understanding of large-scale conversions and a unique ability to establish the best implementation practices and standards.
